Maths Week England is for anyone who is interested in maths! 

Why should I register?

Once you’ve registered for Maths Week England, you’ll be able to:

• access our FREE resources for all ages, including daily video puzzles, daily problem-solving activities and much more
• access our archive of resources from previous Maths Weeks – take a look at our sample resources for an idea of what will be available
• find out about events that are happening during the week
• take part in national challenges
• receive regular newsletters to keep you updated on what’s being planned and how you can join in.

Resources and events are added to the website in the months building up to Maths Week, so the earlier you register, the better!

What happens during Maths Week?

Maths Week provides a great opportunity to get creative and have fun with maths. Come up with your own ideas, or use some of our fabulous resources.

Events take place all over the country and online. 2025’s events included maths-art workshops for families, talks on financial maths for schools, and a launch event at Maths World in London with workshops and talks from several top maths speakers.

If you’re a teacher or home-educator, or you run a sports club, youth organisation or are just a lover of maths, one of our key aims is to help you with planning special, low-cost yet high-impact maths activities that you can carry out yourselves. The website will be your first point of call with a variety of FREE activities for all age groups.

You’ll also be able to enter our challenges and competitions.
